Preparing
The Hippie Speedball

If you've spoken to any of the regulars at Martha My Dear in Nashville, TN, you know that owner and bar director Alex Howard has a cult classic cocktail on his hands. The coffee-based cocktail known as the Tipsy Jitters is dearly beloved by all, in its alcoholic form as it's regularly served at the bar. The good news is, it only takes a few small tweaks (and a bottle of Artet) to transform the jitters into an alcohol-free, THC-infused cocktail. Try it once, and you'll be stocking spiced cream in your fridge for the rest of your life.

  1. In a pot at a low temperature, lightly heat 1 cup heavy whipping cream, ¾ tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 pinch of each ground nutmeg, ground allspice, and ground clove.
  2. Once steaming, remove from heat, add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, then allow to cool.
  5. Add Artet, cold brew, and coffee liqueur into a rocks glass filled with ice and stir.
  6. Pour 1.5 oz of spiced cream in a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake until cream thickens slightly.
  7. Slowly pour spiced cream over the drink and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
  • Artet Infused Aperitif 1.5oz
