Artet Rebate Offers: $5 cash back on one (1) Artet 4-pack, and/or $10 cash back on one (1) 750ml bottle of Artet infused aperitif, purchased in-store at participating retailers.

Consumer Instructions

CONSUMER: To receive your rebate, you must: (1) purchase a qualifying Artet product in-store between 8/3/2026 and 12/11/2026; (2) scan the QR code featured on promotional materials (or visit the rebate URL provided) and complete the online rebate submission form; and (3) upload a digital version (scan or photo) of your original register receipt imprinted with the store name and dated within the offer period. Pending receipt review and validation, payment by Venmo, PayPal, or other method selected by consumer will be sent within 7–14 days.

Terms & Conditions

This rebate offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by Artet, LLC, 532 Lorimer St, Unit 4B, Brooklyn, NY 11211 (“Sponsor”) and administered by Brij (“Administrator”).

Qualifying Purchase

A purchase of at least one (1) qualifying Artet product is required to redeem this rebate: (a) one (1) Artet 4-pack with a purchase price of at least $5.01, excluding sales tax, qualifies for a $5.00 rebate; (b) one (1) 750ml bottle of Artet infused aperitif with a purchase price of at least $10.01, excluding sales tax, qualifies for a $10.00 rebate. Offer valid on in-store purchases only. Online, delivery, and direct-to-consumer purchases do not qualify.

Offer Period

Qualifying purchases must be made between 8/3/2026 and 12/11/2026. Rebate submissions must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 12/18/2026. Receipts dated outside the offer period will not be honored.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of purchase. Offer is NOT available to residents of, or for purchases made in, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington, or Wyoming. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Directors, officers, employees, and agents of Sponsor and Administrator, and any retail licensees, wholesale licensees, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and other entities or individuals associated with the development or administration of this Offer, together with the immediate families of such persons (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” or “in-law” variations of the preceding) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

Limits

Limit of two (2) 4-pack rebates (maximum $10.00) and two (2) 750ml bottle rebates (maximum $20.00) per person, while supplies last, enforced per email address and household. The 4-pack offer and the bottle offer are separate offers and may each be redeemed by the same person, for a maximum combined rebate value of $30.00 per person. Rebate cannot be doubled and cannot be combined with any other Sponsor-issued offer, coupon, or promotion; this rebate may be used in conjunction with retailer-run promotions or discounts. No group, organization, or bulk claims.

Payment

Rebate payments are issued by Administrator via the consumer’s selected method (Venmo, PayPal, digital gift card, or other available option). Please allow 7–14 days from receipt validation for payment. Consumer pays all applicable sales tax. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected submissions, or for payment delivery failures caused by inaccurate consumer-provided information.

General Conditions

This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. No obligation arises from the purchase of the designated product or from issuance of any rebate payment. Submissions not in compliance with these Terms will not be honored or acknowledged. Redemption or handling of this rebate other than in accordance with these Terms constitutes fraud. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or to close the rebate redemption window, at any time and to reject any submission it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise non-compliant. This Offer is subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Use, including the arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 19 thereof, which are incorporated by reference.

Privacy & Communications

Personal information collected in connection with rebate submission will be used for rebate fulfillment and processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Administrator’s Privacy Policy. By submitting a rebate, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing emails from Sponsor at the email address provided; you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase. A phone number provided during registration is used solely to deliver a one-time verification code and will not be used for marketing.
