The Smell the Flowers

Smell the Flowers was dreamed up by mixologist Nic Vascocu, who drinks more chamomile tea in a day than most people drink in a week. It's no coincidence that aromatic and therapeutic flowers form the foundations of this ideal wind-down beverage. If you're looking for a tension tamer that actually works, here it is. This flower-forward cocktail was quite intentionally designed to delight, relax, and offer up the functional benefits of everybody's favorite herbs and botanicals.

  1. To make chamomile honey syrup, use a 1:1 honey to water ratio, heat water and steep a double amount of chamomile tea for 20 minutes. Add honey while the water is still warm.
  2. Once your syrup has cooled, shake all ingredients with ice until nicely chilled.
  3. Strain into a wine glass or coupe.
  4. Garnish with a healthy sprig of lavender and serve straight up.
  • Artet Infused Aperitif 1.5oz
