Preparing
The Lime Blossom

This endlessly refreshing sunny day drink was created by our friend and mixologist Nic Vascocu. While reading about India, Nic stumbled upon nimbu pani, a sweet lime soda that's offered to guests and friends upon arrival. Nimbu pani sounded so perfect for warm weather that he couldn't resist making an infused version of his own. And so, the Lime Blossom came into being. Artet's cardamom, allspice, and ginger notes sub in perfectly for the subtle spices that make traditional "Indian lemonade" so delicious. A healthy dose of citrus, a little THC, and green notes work together to soothe sun-soaked senses.

  1. To make lime cordial, whip up some simple syrup using a 1:1 water to sugar ratio.
  2. Zest 3 limes into your simple syrup, halve the zested limes, and juice them into your mixture.
  3. Stir, cover, and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Be sure to strain out any solids before using.
  4. Once your lime cordial is complete, build the cocktail in a Collins glass over ice.
  5. Stir lightly and top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with lime wheel, of course.
  • Artet Infused Aperitif 1.5oz
