First thing's first: we make elegant, cocktail friendly, THC-infused beverages. The upshot is that elegant, cocktail friendly, THC-infused beverages are delicious. The downside is that the country as a whole hasn't come around to THC just yet.
Can I buy Artet online?
The short answer is yes: most consumers of legal age can purchase Artet's beverages right here on Artet.com. The long answer is that your ability to shop for our drinks online depends on where you're located.
If it were up to us, we'd gladly send our drinks to anyone of legal age in the USA. However, in certain states, due to local laws and regulations, we're simply not allowed to do so.
At time of publishing, Artet is not available for home delivery in the following states: CA, CO, HI, ID, KS, KY, MA, ME, MT, NV, OR, TN, WA, UT, VT, WY.

If your state is on the list above, that doesn't mean you can't purchase and enjoy Artet. In fact, Artet is sold in plenty of states where online, direct-to-consumer sales are not permitted. You'll simply have to find the nearest retailer.
Can I buy Artet in person?
Absolutely. Artet beverages are stocked in hundreds of retail locations across the country, even in states where online sales are not permitted. Our aperitifs and spritzes can be found in liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and other retail locations across the country.

The future of THC beverages
It's worth noting that even as consumers across the country are making it clear just how much they love infused drinks, legislators seem torn on making them legal on a national level. Consequently, regulations are constantly changing both on the state and federal level.
This means that, unfortunately, the THC beverage market is constantly changing, too. It only takes one legislative session for circumstances to change, making the availability of Artet subject to any and all local, statewide, or federal laws or regulations. We're hopeful that in the near future, shopping for Artet will become far simpler and less dependent on geographical location. Until then, we'll continue to work hard to get our drinks to everyone who can legally consume them, and continue to fight for reasonable legislation regarding THC products.
